Unlock Cheat Mode

Go to the Options menu, and then to Gameplay.  Hold Left (D-Pad) + Right (Left Analog-Stick).  This will give you the option to enter the below codes.

Unlock Extra Teams

Type in MEGASTARS as a code.

Unlock Trash in the Streets

Type in SPRINGER as a code.
