Play a game and finish with a score that can be accepted in high score screen. Then, enter the name "TWIRLY!" or "TWIRLY_", where "_" indicates a space. Press Start to return to the main menu. Now use the gold icon in the middle of the screen to view the level select menu. A sub-stage within any level may be selected.
