When I first heard about the game, the first thing that came to my mind was the old game Mario Racing (or whatever it was called). And boy was I right. It is exactly like that game.

    Crash takes that old game, and others like it, such a Mario Cart and Diddy Kong Racing, and makes them much better. There are power ups for the player to try to get as well as short-cuts.

   Players get to choose from all the characters in the Crash Bandicoot Series. Crash, Dr. Neo Cortex, Tiny Tiger, Polar Bear, Pura, Coco Bandicoot, Dingodile, N. Gin, and more.

    Crash Team Racing has great graphics, just like the Crash Bandicoot Series. Each player, level, and kart are highly detailed. Even with that detail, there is no slow, jagged frame speed. It is just a smooth as the games with horrible graphics.

   The same type of music is back from the Crash Series. I got sick of the music after a while and turned up the sound effects.
