During a game, click the Right Analog Stick, Left Analog Stick, and press Down, A, Down, A, B, Left, B, Left, Up, Y.

Find the small, glowing white eggs throughout Transylvania.  When you find one, stand one it, and press B.  A message will appear telling you what you have unlocked.
