Unlock Cheat Mode

To unlock the following codes, you must complete both of the listed levels with a five star rank on Hardcore Difficulty.  Then, type in the code at the main menu.

Unlock God Mode

Beat the game on Fetish Difficulty and press Down, Down, Circle, Up, Square, Triangle, Square, R2, Up, Up, L1, Triangle.

Alternate Title Screen

Beat the game and press L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 at the title screen.

Grand Theft Auto 3 Reference

Near the end of the game, the journalist on television is doing a news report.  They mention Carcer City's police chief Gary Schaffer and his involvement with Starkweather.  In Grand Theft Auto 3, a news report on Lips 106 states that police chief Gary Schaffer was cleared of corruption charges.  Then it says "Let's hope those missing witnesses turn up soon."
