Beat all ten missions while in Mission Mode.

Unlock Extra Characters

Change the date to January 1, October 31, November 22, 2001, or December 25.

Unlock the Nuclear Bus

While you are at the Options Menu, hold L + R and press Triangle, Triangle, Square, X.

Unlock the Red Soapbox Car

While you are at the Options Menu, hold L + R and press Triangle, Triangle, Square, Circle.

Unlock Mr. Burns's Car W/ Smithers

While you are at the Options Menu, hold L + R and press Triangle, Triangle, Square, Square.

Unlock Extra Cash

While you are at the Options Menu, hold L + R and press Square (4x).
