Silent Hill 4: The Room (Xbox) Cheats & Tips

UNLOCKABLES | Brand New Fear Mode

Beat the game and save it after the credits complete.

UNLOCKABLES | One Weapon Mode

Beat the game with a 10 Big Star rank.

UNLOCKABLES | Chainsaw

Start a game in Brand New Fear Mode (unlock above).  Then, look for the chainsaw by a tree trunk when you go to Jasper's car in Forest World.

UNLOCKABLES | Submachine Gun

Beat the game with a 9 Big Star rank at least.  Then, start a new in Brand New Fear mode and, while in Apartment World, look in Rm. 202.

UNLOCKABLES | Alternative Eileen Costumes

Start a new game in Brand New Fear mode (unlock above).  Then, play until the Outside of Room 302 part of the game.  When you enter Rm. 303, look for Eileen's nurse costume and collect it.  Beat the game and start a new one.  Eileen will then be dressed as a nurse.

UNLOCKABLES | Alternative Cynthia Costume

On a single game save, unlock all 4 endings and Eileen's nurse costume (above) and start a new game with the nurse costume selected.
