While you are in the Options Menu, press Start, Z, X. You will enter the passwords listed below here to unlock the desired cheat.

Ethnic Lagoon Time Attack Track (Only for Jap. Version)

Type in J784WMHF as a password.

Change Costumes

While you are at the Character Selection Screen, highlight a character and press Z.

Change Water in Loading Screen

While you are waiting for a track to load, press the Left Analog Stick.

Change the Title Screen

When Start appears on the Title Screen, press the Left Analog Stick.

Unlock the Cool Ocean Track

Beat the Championship Mode on Normal Difficulty.

Unlock the Aqua Maze Track

Beat the Championship Mode on Hard Difficulty.

Unlock the Victory Gate Track

Beat the Championship Mode on Expert Difficulty.

Fast Start

At the beginning of a race, right before the announcer says Go, press A.

Unlock Try! Mode

Beat all the training objectives in Training Mode under beginner and master settings.

Change Weather

Beat the Expert Championship in First, Second, or Third place.

Change Loading Screen

Press the Left Analog-Stick.

Ride a Dolphin

Type in DLPHNMOD as a password.
