After earning 2,500 points in a game, save.  Next go to the mini-games selection screen and take out the memory card, then choose a game to play.

Unlock 3 Ex Levels

Beat the game on Beginner Mode without dieing.

Unlock Extra Level

Beat all normal levels under any difficulty setting.

Quick Find on Bananas

Go wherever your monkeys head is turning.

Unlimited Continue Options

Buy all mini-games, then for every 2,500 points you make, you will get a new continue. Reach nine continues and you will have an infinite amount.
