During the game, press [Ctrl] and X, to display the console window. Then, type in one of the following codes to unlock the corresponding cheat: (NOTE: In the patched version of the game, press [Ctrl] + [Alt] + [Shift] + X to display the console window):

Return to God Mode

After you create you city, hold [Ctrl] + [Alt] + [Shift] and click on the God Mode button.
