Play as Evil Blasto

While you are at the first "Start" screen, quickly press Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Up, Down, Right, Left.

Small Blasto

While you are at the first "Start" screen, quickly press Right, Right, Left, Down, Up.

Special Weapons

While you are at the first "Start" screen, quickly press Up, Up, Down, Down, Right, Up, Right, Down, Left, Left. Then, every life starts with Rapid Fire guns, followed by a Flame Thrower, Heat Seekers, Ice Gun, and Nukes before repeating.

Blue Lasers

While you are at the first "Start" screen, quickly press Right, Up, Down, Left, Down, Left, Right, Up, Down, Right.

Fire Charged Shots

While you are at the first "Start" screen, quickly press Left, Left, Right, Left, Up, Left, Down, Down, Left, Left.

Air not required when swimming

While you are at the first "Start" screen, quickly press Down, Down, Down, Left, Right, Down, Right, Up, Right, Right.

Motion Sickness mode

While you are at the first "Start" screen, quickly press Left, Down, Left, Right, Down, Right, Left, Up, Up, Right.

Game Ending (Spoilers!)

You shoot the giant metal head of Bosc in a pool of lava. Blasto goes over to him and sees him laying on top of the head. Bosc self-destructs after trying to bribe Blasto to spare his life. Blasto runs away and finds Bosc's spaceship and flies off. It shows Blasto puke after going through warp-speed. The game ends with him talking to the chief. Get all 40 girls for a different ending.
