Unlock Akuma

While at the Character Selection screen, highlight Dhalsim, Juggernaut, M. Bison, or Magneto and press Up.

Unlock Shadow

While at the Character Selection screen, highlight Dhalsim, hold Up for about 10 seconds, and press LP + MP + HP.

Unlock the Hulk

While at the Character Selection screen, highlight Cyclops, press Down (4x), highlight Wolverine, press Right (12x).

Unlock Alpha Chun-Li

While at the Character Selection screen, highlight Chun-Li, hold Start and press any Punch or Kick button.
