Unlock All Items in the Shop

While at the Factions screen of your PDA, press Down (4x), Up, Left, Right, Right.

Hans Solo Skin

While at the Factions screen of your PDA, press Left, Left, Right, Right, Up, Down, Up, Up.  Alternatively, collect 110 Blueprint Bounties.

Indiana Jones Skin

While at the Factions screen of your PDA, press Left, Left, Right, Right, Up, Up, Down, Down.  Alternatively, collect 20 National Treasure Bounties.

Mafia Heavy Skin

While at the Factions screen of your PDA, press Left, Left, Right, Right, Down, Up, Down, Up.

Money

While at the Factions screen of your PDA, press Right, Down, Left, Up, Up, Left, Down, Right.

Playground of Destruction Mode

Beat the game and verify the General Song (the Ace of Spades).  Then, save the game when prompted and reload that game to start over.
